There's nothing wrong with the top of this dress. It's form fitting with a subtle paisley print, but the designer must have been having a bad day to make something this hideous. The bottom of this dress has all the characteristics of some rare tu-tu bird/polar bear.Notice the model's forced smile. She must be thinking, "God, I hope this doesn't end up on the internet."
